Registration and Fees

 

In accordance with the Board directive, the fees below are set to cover only estimated actual costs incurred at the conference. In addition to normal meeting expenses, the Attendee Registration Fee covers group meal functions from August 5-7, 2008.

Attendance to this meeting is by invitation only. To register online for this event, you need to have a CII website login and password. (Only personal accounts enable you to register or purchase on the CII site. Please do not use a corporate or generic account.) CANCELLATION POLICY

Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing via e-mail, fax, or mail. Charges will be imposed for cancellations after the deadlines listed below. Registrations received without pre-payment by check or credit card and/or “no shows” are also subject to the cancellation policy. The completion and return of this registration form acknowledges that you understand and abide by these terms. SUBSTITUTIONS ALWAYS ALLOWED.
