Noé H. Sáenz

CII named Noé H. Sáenz as an inaugural recipient of its Community of Practice Leadership Award. He was recognized for this honor at the 2016 CII Annual Conference in National Harbor, Maryland.

Sáenz is Burns & McDonnell’s business development leader of its petrochemicals sector. He has extensive experience in project/program management, front end planning, and EPC delivery of heavy and light industrial capital projects mainly in the US, Mexico, and Canada, always focusing on building great teams and strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Sáenz was the founding chair of CII’s Next-Gen Leaders Community (2010-2012), co-chair of CII’s Benchmarking Committee (2013-2015), and implementation leader of its 10-10 Performance Assessment Program, a breakthrough initiative that is taking benchmarking to a new level.

Most recently, alongside a research team and an Advisory Board, Sáenz founded the Capital Projects Professional Exchange (CPX), the first association for capital project professionals (individuals) across all disciplines. This initiative is being developed in partnership with CII.

Please join CII in congratulating Noé Sáenz for winning the 2016 Community of Practice Leadership Award.
