The CII Benchmarking & Metrics Committee invites you to register for CII Benchmarking Associates' Training
Join us in Cleveland, OH on June 1112, 2008 at Washington Division-URS.
Training of company Benchmarking Associates is essential for the implementation of a reliable benchmarking process. This training session will focus on the Large Project Questionnaire Version 10. This questionnaire is aligned with the CII Value of Best Practices study and includes twelve new practices. We request that participating companies send a representative to training every three years to keep current on the program and to ensure that they gain the greatest benefit from this valuable CII resource.
Registration.
The registration fee is $150 and covers materials and dinner on Day 1 and breakfast and lunch on Day 2.
Earn PDH credits.
Attendees may earn up to 6.5 Professional Development Hours (PDH). Those wishing to receive credit must sign in and out of each session in order to meet the requirements of the program. Attendees fulfilling these requirements will receive their PDH certificates by email following training.
Access Project Central.
Attendees will log in to Project Central to get a hands-on benchmarking experience during the Training on the Online System session on Day 2. A computer lab will be provided by the host.
Register by June 2, 2008. CII Benchmarking Associates' Training is open to both member and nonmember companies. Following the event, member companies can submit small and large projects for benchmarking at no cost. During the training, access will be granted for new participants to enter Project Central, Benchmarking’s online data collection and reporting instrument.
