2008 Training Schedule

Benchmarking Associates Training is a unique opportunity to learn the technical details of the popular CII Benchmarking & Metrics Program and to learn how to implement the benchmarking process for more successful projects.
Join us. The March training session will focus on the Large Project Questionnaire Version 10. This questionnaire is aligned with the CII Value of Best Practices study and includes twelve new practices. The June training will focus on the Small Project Questionnaire. Both training sessions are held over the course of two half-day sessions.
Earn PDH credits. Attendees may earn up to 6.5 Professional Development Hours (PDH). Those wishing to receive credit must sign in and out of each session in order to meet the requirements of the program. Attendees fulfilling these requirements will receive their PDH certificates by email following the session.
Access Project Central during training. Attendees will get hands-on benchmarking experience during the Project Input session.

CII Benchmarking Training is open to both member and nonmember companies. Following the event, member companies can submit small and large projects for benchmarking at no cost. During the session, participants will be granted access to Project Central, Benchmarking’s online data collection and reporting instrument.
