The Workshop Registration Fee will cover the meeting materials, meals, and refreshments. The post-workshop four-hour course will require an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

- Full Refund of registration fee(s) if cancellation received by Friday, February 29, 2008.
- NO REFUND of registration fee(s) if cancellation received after Friday, February 29, 2008.
Substitutes are always welcome.
