• Training - company must have a trained Benchmarking Associate
• Includes questions to evaluate the value of CII Practices
• Project-level, confidential Key Report with scores and benchmark comparisons will be provided
• Includes measures for industry-specific andproductivity metrics Industry-level report at the conclusion of study

Accessing the project survey is simple. Just log in to the CII website, then go to Survey Central or Project Central and start entering project data.

If you have a log-in and/or password, but don’t know what it is, you may go to the website log-in page and request that a reminder be sent to you by e-mail. Go to the log-in page and click “Reset My Password” and follow the instructions. If a survey respondent has never been involved with CII and needs to have a profile issued, contact Deborah DeGezelle at debdeg@mail.utexas.edu or (512) 232-3060 for access.

Project Selection Criteria

Owners and Contractors

• TIC > $5MM
• 14 months or longer in duration
• Managed by a dedicated project team
• Any industry group: buildings, heavy industrial, light industrial, infrastructure
• Completed within the past two years (with access to project team members)
• Less than 25 percent of the project executed during a turnaround
