Webinar: AWP + Lean: Critical Collaboration: Behind the 'Big Room'

One of Lean Construction’s big ideas is “Collaborate, Really Collaborate.” From a Project Delivery perspective, setting up enabling environments to promote highly interactive and collaborative working sessions is a critical component. Establishing a “Big Room” is more of a mindset with deliberate intent to drive and foster collaboration across stakeholders through every stage of a project from conception through handover to operations.
