CII REP Offering: Planning for Commissioning and Start-Up

In this Interactive 1-day virtual workshop (7 PDH), attendees discover the importance of Commissioning & Start-Up (C&SU) planning during the front-end development activities and building these requirements into the overall Project Execution Plan. Through live instruction and collaborative break-out sessions, attendees will understand the importance of developing a roles and responsibilities type matrix for all the activities involved in the process.
