William C. Beck is Vice President and Director of Quality Management for WorleyParsons. He has worked for WorleyParsons and its legacy companies for nearly 30 years. He currently manages the Global Quality Management Group including Corporate Audit, Supplier Quality Project Services, and Construction Quality. He is responsible for Business Processes, Project Improvement, Company Certifications and Registrations, and Quality Services, a business unit which provides a range of quality services for external clients.
Bill has been an active participant with CII since 1989. His past participation includes the International Standards Research Team, Lesson Learned Research Team, Work Breakdown Structure Team, and Implementation Champions. He currently is a Co-Chair of the Implementation Strategy Committee and a Board of Advisors Alternate for WorleyParsons.

Scott Cameron has spent over half of his 41-year career managing capital projects within a variety of Procter and Gamble business areas. He is a recipient of P&G’s highest engineering honor, the Prism Award, which recognizes knowledgeable individuals who make sustained contributions to the company. Award recipients are sought after as a resource and as a role model for other P&G employees.
Scott is a Co-Chair of the CII Implementation Strategy Committee and recently joined the CII Strategic Communications Committee. He has also served on the advisory boards of the NASA Academy of Program and Project Leadership and the Southwest Ohio Project Management Institute. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Iowa State University.

Barry Rittberg, a member of the CII Lessons Learned research team, has over 35 years of quality management experience. Having joined Fluor in 1991, Barry assumed his quality management leadership role in 2001. In this capacity he is responsible for maintaining Fluor’ss worldwide network of quality assurance managers and the global ISO9001 quality system, practices, and computer systems that they use. He has completed foreign and domestic assignments with major EPC firms in the areas of engineering, procurement, and construction. His experience includes oil and gas, nuclear and fossil power projects, and supplier quality.
Barry holds a California P.E. registration in quality engineering and a master’s degree in quality assurance from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
