Registered Provider Program

The purpose of the CII Registered Provider Program is to present you and your organization with a comprehensive compilation of subject matter expert instructors who are well-versed with CII research and publications. The program is designed to help you get the most value out of CII’s extensive research and best practices.

CII Registered Providers (RPs) are available to come to you to teach your organization about topics that are applicable to your business imperatives.

CII has a significant body of practices, benchmarking databases, and methodologies.  However, our own research has identified that the actual implementation of these practices is challenging for some of our members, hampering their ability to effectively execute these practices. Often, implementation resources and skills are scarce or insufficient within member organizations. In response, CII is instituting a Registered Provider Program to provide a framework of support by consultancies associated with CII. These consultancies, who might be either companies or individuals, can provide CII members with implementation support and facilitation/change management to assist member organizations in their execution of CII products and practices. Further, an ongoing framework for feedback and information on the practicality of implementing the CII Registered Provider Program will allow CII to constantly improve the usability of future CII Practices and Best Practices.

The upcoming RP-hosted educational offerings are listed on the CII Events Calendar. For more information about an offering or a custom program, please contact the provider directly.
