CII Best Practices

A CII Best Practice is a process or method that, when executed effectively, leads to enhanced project performance. CII Best Practices have been proven through extensive industry use and/or validation.

The Best Practices portal allows a visitor to explore the Knowledge Base by the 17 CII Best Practices.  At the request of the Implementation Committee, we also have provided a cross-filter by phase. Therefore, in the Change Management Best Practice, you could click to look at all the Topic Summaries related to that Best Practice, or you could click on the Procurement phase, for example and see Topic Summaries related to both the Change Management Best Practice and Procurement.
