I am a member, but my publication links don't open to the correct page when I use the bookmark links. The publication opens to the cover page.

The KB pdf bookmark feature works when using the Firefox and Chrome browsers. Other browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Safari, and others, including browsers on devices such as tablets and phones do not support this feature. Nonetheless, you can still open the document on any device with a pdf reader and go to the referenced page manually.

I would like to order a hard copy of a publication; how can I do that?
