Come join Construction Industry Institute (CII) and National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Heavy Industrial Construction (HIC) Council as we explore and develop plans to tackle the end-to-end opportunity to grow the number of women entering and having successful careers in “Construction.”
We’d love your ideas and input into how we address each piece of the solution.
In this session, industry leaders will share their approaches and lessons learned. We’ll work together to identify potential collaborators and explore ideas to accelerate progress. Come help us make a positive step change!
