IR316-2, A Guide to Instantaneous Project Controls (Volume I) 

The resource includes 3 Tools:
  • Quick Assessment (QA) – The QA tool provides a high-level assessment of the maturity level of the nine strategies, along with guidance for improvement. The QA tool assesses maturity on the basis of one question per strategy.
  • Instantaneous Quotient (IQ) – The IQ tool provides a detailed assessment of the maturity level of the nine strategies. The IQ assessment relies on several questions per strategy.
  • Workflow Implementation Process – This tool offers guidance on the steps an organization should take to plan and implement the strategies recommended in this research. The 10-step Workflow Process is shown below.
