Abstract

The results of this project provide a systematic approach to communicate and visualize Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) “digital threads” to stakeholders across a capital project supply chain. This project has developed the following research deliverable

Key Findings

RT-TC-03 established and reviewed seven digital threads associated with supply chain topics on capital projects. These digital threads built on a subset of the AWP data requirements developed by WG19-01. The following sample digital thread is included in the database (FR-TC-03, Version 1.1, p. 24).

RT-TC-03 created a library of the AWP digital threads. The final visualization represented the digital thread map and corresponding information. An Excel-based tool provides results from the collection of digital threads. Figure 3 shows the library’s structure (FR-TC-03, Version 1.1, p. 15).

RT-TC-03 developed the Material Responsibility Matrix spreadsheet. This report explains how to use one tab of the spreadsheet, shown in Figure 4 (FR-TC-03, Version 1.1, p. 17).
