CII Best Practices Course Program offers a real-world knowledge of proven construction management practices that you can apply immediately in the workplace.

The program addresses current issues in the construction industry, including best practices developed at the Construction Industry Institute and critical issues facing the construction industry. Guest lecturers may include CII directors and visiting industry leaders.
