This module describes differences between managing small and large projects, then focuses on management activities and factors that are unique to the small project execution environment. For instance, CII research shows that pre-project planning and communication are critical for the success of small projects. Also explores how alliance or preferred suppliers and long-term core management teams can improve small project execution performance.
