October 22, 2019
Tricia has over 25 years' experience in the EPC Industry involving positions in global construction, global procurement, project management, project engineering, engineering management, project controls, and mechanical engineering.

In her role as Fluor's Global Director of Construction-Driven Execution, Tricia Thibodeaux is responsible for developing the Construction-Driven Execution model, communication and roll-out plan across all business lines for the company. She drives the three pillars of Construction-Driven Execution: people, planning and delivery of construction projects.

Her project experience includes process units and utilities and off-sites in refineries and chemical plants, for reimbursable and lump sum projects; and include domestic and international, grass roots and expansion, minimal size and world-scale.

Tricia joined CII in 2010 and quickly took on leadership roles. She is a graduate of CII’s Executive Leadership Course and is currently active on the Upstream, Midstream and Mining Sector Committee and CII’s Board of Advisors. Tricia also Chairs CII’s Funded Studies Committee.

Tricia has been active on the Funded Studies Committee (formerly the Research Committee) for years, including chairing RT-308 - Achieving Zero Rework through Effective Supplier Quality Practices.

Tricia manages Fluor’s internal “CII Team.” She is the primary person ensuring her colleagues are getting the value out of their CII membership. And she is always happy to share this successful model with other CII members. She genuinely wants us all to do well.

It is our honor and privilege to present CII’s Distinguished Service Award to Ms. Tricia Thibodeaux. Please join us in congratulating her!
