Call for Mini Case Studies
Are you ready to showcase how Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) or Advanced Project Delivery (APD) made a difference on your project? We’re gathering Mini Case Studies for the upcoming 2026 CII Global AWP+ Conference, and we want to hear from you! Below you'll find a guide on how to submit your case study as well as case study examples. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
These are not full case studies — just short, focused snapshots of real project scenarios where AWP or APD practices played a meaningful role, whether the outcome was positive or a valuable lesson learned.
Your Mini Case Study should briefly describe:
- What happened
- Why it happened
- What solution was applied (and how AWP/APD contributed)
A few things to know:
- Submit as many case studies as you’d like
- Client or project names are optional—feel free to anonymize sensitive details
- All submissions will be reviewed, and selected contributors will be invited to develop a short slide presentation for CII’s Global AWP+ Conference in Houston, November 18-20, 2026
Deadline to submit: Friday, April 30
Selected individuals will be notified in early May with next steps for preparing their Forum presentation. Bring your lessons, wins, and insights to the AWP+ community—your story could shape industry best practices.
