A Refresh of CII’s Zero Accident Techniques (ZAT)
Objective and QuestionsThe primary question for the research team is:
Expected OutcomesThe main outcome of this project will be a single document with the CII ZAT practice, which should include the consolidated and updated (new and revised) ZAT practices. Expected (Business) Value for CII MembersSafety continues to be a priority for CII and this research project would provide a needed update of safety research and practice. The outcomes of the project are expected to improve the implementation of safety practices and reduce the number of incidents in the delivery of projects going forward. |
