2025 Award Recipient - In Bae Chung

In Bae Chung has joined CII as a Postdoctoral Researcher, serving as our CII Benchmarking Manager. In this role, In Bae leads efforts in data collection, training, and management of the Data Warehouse and safety survey data. He will also serve as an instructor for the Best Practices course.

In Bae successfully defended his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at the University of Texas in the Spring of 2025. Under the mentorship of Carlos Caldas, he made outstanding contributions to RT-410’s research on the value of best practices. We’re fortunate to have him continue his impactful work with us and award him for his efforts.
