Nuclear Power Capital Projects Forum

We are conducting a targeted study to identify how the Construction Industry Institute (CII) Best Practices can be tailored to the unique rigors of nuclear power capital projects. Our goal is to develop specific tools that help the industry minimize First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) and Nth-of-a-Kind (NOAK) risks and improve cost and schedule performance and predictability.
