Abstract
Today’s energy landscape is rapidly evolving, presenting both opportunities and complex challenges including rising demand, longer build times and higher CapEx costs, to the capital facilities industry. This group is advancing the following issues:
    • The need for 1500 GW of generation capacity to meet demand projections by 2032
    • How do we do more per unit of measure of available resources?
    • How do we reduce project durations and supply chain lead times?
Since current project methods/models/processes won’t get us there, CII members are seeking a disruptive approach for project delivery and we ask you to be a part of the change.

Join CII owners, EPCs, and service providers in Nashville to explore such approaches and begin to develop strategies for enhanced project delivery systems to successfully navigate this dynamic environment. This was open to current and prospective CII members, the CII Energy in Transition and Expansion Forum met at the close of the CII Annual Conference to explore:
      • Changing energy priorities in the industry
      • Project execution and contracting challenges including execution efficiency, schedule optimization, supply chain challenges, and resource constraints
      • Digital transformation and optimization.
