CII Best Practices Course
This graduate-level course is designed to enhance engineering and construction management curriculum. The course brings industry experts from CII member organizations directly into the classroom via live broadcast.
Industry presenters introduce the fundamentals of key CII Best Practices and then focus on real-world implementation—offering a balanced view of research and practical application.

Classes are held in person at each university on Fridays from 12:00–3:00 p.m. Central during the fall semester. Sessions are recorded for students who cannot attend live and for universities in other time zones. Video conferencing capability is required. Each participating university designates an instructor who will lead their classroom. These instructors determine their own specific grading policy and the need for discussion sessions and midterm/final exams.
