Abstract
This Implementation Resource is a guide for practitioners on how to use CII’s Data Warehouse: a high-performance construction project benchmarking and performance assessment platform. This publication is a product of the Federal Facilities Data Analytics Research and Application Project (FF-DARAP), conducted by CII in collaboration with and funding by six government agencies. The study developed a structured and automated process for data collection, benchmarking, and project analytics to improve business and facility delivery. The Data Warehouse is available to CII members and includes the online tools including the Data Miner, the Project Performance Assessment Key Reports and the Dashboards.
