The 2026 CII Global AWP+ Conference convenes owner, contractor, technology and service providers, consultants and academics to accelerate AWP+ adoption, development and implementation in construction capital project delivery.  The event focuses on bringing together construction project leaders and practitioners from across the construction industry to network, knowledge share, learn, collaborate, co-create and celebrate success around AWP and the full suite of best practices, technologies, and brilliant teams that make up a global construction industry including Lean Construction and Project Production Management. 

AWP+ Advancing Project Delivery – Decision Making in Action recognizes that while there is still work to do in bringing the global construction industry to AWP maturity and while fully leveraging available and emerging technologies, there is yet even more value to be gained in the incorporation and development of AWP combined with best practices from across the global construction industry and beyond.  We need to identify and take the necessary decisions to realize our full potential in a complex and rapidly evolving project environment. 

This is not a presentation-led conference. The 2026 program is designed as a decision-driven environment, where participants actively engage in real project scenarios, explore critical decision points, and collaborate on practical solutions.
