A self-evaluation tool to explore improvements in information management and information exchange. (Archived, but available for informational purposes only.)
This implementation resource includes:
- Activity Cost Based-Simulation (ABC-Sim) – A tool to predict the benefits of information management or any other proposed changed to the EPC process quantitatively while identifying impact areas and mitigating risks. The simulation yields output measures for total activity time, total activity cost and total elapsed time. (Please note that this software no longer runs on current platforms.)
