RT-420: Rightsizing without Dilution: Implementing CII Best Practices on Small and Low Complexity Projects

CII Research Team 420 (RT-420) focuses on improving the implementation of CII Best Practices for small and low-complexity capital projects. The team adopted and adapted the Toolkit originally developed by RT-166 for large projects and modified it to better suit the scale and needs of small and low-complexity projects. This adaptation introduces a multi-mode functionality that allows the Toolkit to scale the 17 CII Best Practices to different project sizes while also providing flexibility for customization. This approach enables owners and project managers to tailor Best Practices to the specific scope, complexity, and needs of their projects, ensuring the practices are applied in an efficient fit-for-purpose manner.
