Rethinking Supplier Qualification Programs to Improve Project Delivery


Supplier qualification programs are essential to successful project delivery. Our traditional programs may not be sufficient in a world faced with increasing disruptions and uncertainties. As a result, rethinking supplier qualification is crucial for minimizing risks, and fostering collaboration and innovation in project delivery.

CII’s RT-413 team is researching how can organizations set up effective methods that will improve project performance, to include the identification of practices and strategies that lead to more efficient supplier engagement to address today’s emerging challenges.
