Hotel Policies

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Guest room confirmations will be send to attendees email addresses within 72 hours of receiving a reservation.
  • You may cancel your reservation for no charge until 5 days before arrival. Please note that the hotel will assess a fee of (1) night if you must cancel after this deadline.
  • All resort fees are wavied for rooms booked inside the CII contracted block and includes the following:
    • High-speed internet access with coverage for the entire property (both hotel and conference center)
    • Fitness Center access and one class per day
    • Bikes
    • Bucket of Balls at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Course driving range
    • Shuttle transportation to local parks
    • Lazy River tubes
    • Kids' recreations activities

 Limited and available to individuals affiliated with academic institutions.

 Limited and available to active U.S. Federal and Military personnel only. Must show proper documentation upon check-in. Retired U.S. government or military personnel do not automatically qualify to receive the special CII government rate unless attending the conference on behalf of respective U.S. government agency. However, you may still qualify to receive the hotel’s government rate. The hotel government rate is offered at the discretion of the hotel, based on availability, and may not be the same as the CII contracted government rate.
 
NOTE: Rates quoted above do not include applicable taxes. All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of the first night’s room and tax, or guaranteed with a major credit card. The deposit is fully refundable if reservation is canceled 5 days prior to the day of arrival. Reservations canceled within 5 days will be charged one night room rental.
